It's Time for a Change
MOHS as it is know, is a technique developed in the 1930s by Dr. Frederick MOHS, MD, and later refined in the 1960s by Dr. Perry Robbins, MD.
It involves a significant amount of time and difficulty and may be considered an unpleasant experience by most people.
While the goal is to do as little damage as possible, oftentimes, the location of the area affected may result in some poor outcomes. Around the face and head it can be a challenge to avoid unsightly outcomes.
Although the MOHS is conducted in one visit, the technique is laborious and can last hours. Each phase of the MOHS requires precise attention to detail and takes hours. Each layer removed is analyzed onsite using high power magnification. Once enough layers are eliminated the MOHS process is concluded.
SRT targets and attacks the right areas without damage to surrounding area. Furthermore, there is no downtime and it’s over in minutes.
SRT for arms, legs, back, and trunk, face, head and neck. It can deliver a controlled focus of SRT to delicate areas that are hard to get to from traditional approaches, including nose, eyelids, lips, corner of the mouth and lining of the ear. SRT is also highly effective on keloids.
How Effective Is SRT compared to MOHS?
SRT is a highly successful without the problems involved in other methods like MOHS.
